With us, you have the right to a one-time exchange of personalized goods . No fuss, no questions asked. We simply want you to be delighted with your wall, not just "resigned to your fate."

At BARVNA, nothing sits in a dusty warehouse. Although our designs have specific dimensions, you decide what we print them on. Choosing the backing is the final touch that makes your photo wallpaper a personalized product—created especially for you.
What does this mean in practice?
- No returns: Because we start production for your specific choice of backing, we cannot accept returns of photo wallpapers.
- But don't worry: If you're worried about the material, start by ordering a sample or take advantage of Second Chance.
Complaint
At BARVNA, we play fair and take care of your walls for two years after purchase . We want your space to be vibrant with color, so we've prepared a list of specifics that will help you sleep soundly.
How to avoid complaints?
Cast the wallpaper on the floor: Before applying it to the wall, lay it flat and check the colors and pattern fit. Installation constitutes acceptance of the appearance – we do not accept complaints about the pattern after application.
A sample is essential: Colors on screen can be misleading. If you don't order a sample, we can't honor any shade complaints. Remember, a 50x50 cm sample is a condensed representation of the entire design.
Installation errors: The warranty does not cover scratches, holes, tears or the effects of scrubbing the wall with a harsh detergent.
Gold and silver: We don't print from metal - gold or copper colors are great imitations that look amazing, but don't shine like a bank bar.
What can you advertise?
Maintaining the level: If your self-adhesive wallpaper starts peeling off on its own or rolling up at the edges (even though the wall was professionally prepared), we take action.
Color Power: We react if the colors lose their brilliance by more than 5% compared to the day you took a selfie together after installation.
When is a complaint not justified?
Natural movement: Self-adhesive vinyl can shrink up to 3mm – this is its nature and is not a defect as long as it does not fall off the wall.
Installation errors: We are not responsible for tears, scratches or stretching of the material while fighting the bristles.
Mechanical damage: Holes in the wallpaper (even those caused by moving the sofa) and the effects of scrubbing the wall with harsh detergents are on your side.
